POSITION OVERVIEW
Senior Network & Hardware is responsible for managing, operating and ensuring the stability of all IT-related facilities in the company, including network systems, servers, hardware equipment, data security and technology platforms for business activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, operate and monitor the company’s internal network system to ensure stability, safety and efficiency.
- Manage the server system.
- Administration of WiFi, Switch, Router, Firewall and Internet connection.
- Monitor and handle network connectivity issues between the head office and branches.
- Manage and operate the surveillance camera system and related technological equipment.
- Perform periodic data backups, ensuring data integrity and the ability to recover when necessary.
- Manage system security, decentralize user access on servers and internal systems.
- Administers your business email system, user accounts, and Microsoft 365 platform applications.
- Manage and support the operation of the online meeting system, ensuring the quality of connection and user experience.
- Monitor and manage the operation of the company’s website and coordinate to handle related arising issues.
- Assist users in handling day-to-day IT issues related to hardware, software, networking, and office applications.
- Remote support for employees at branches, ensuring uninterrupted working activities.
- Monitor the usage status, procurement of IT assets including computers, laptops, phones and other technology equipment to serve the company’s operational needs.
- Plan for renewals, new purchases, and manage software licenses every year.
- Monitor the status of use, maintenance, repairs, and suggest equipment replacements when necessary.
- Instruct users to effectively use the company’s technology systems and tools.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Networks or related.
- 5 years or more of experience in a system administrator or network administrator position.
Skills and Attributes
- Solid knowledge of network infrastructure, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 administration AI applications.
- Experience in data backup, system security and information protection.
- Basic understanding of Hosting, Domain, SSL and Website management; programming knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in IT asset management, procurement and vendor coordination is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, remote support and independent working skills.
- Proactive, responsible and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
