POSITION OVERVIEW
Human Resources and Administration Team Leader coordinates and supervises daily personnel administrative activities; ensure that labor data, personnel records, welfare and administrative work are carried out fully, accurately and effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly implement and manage personnel records, labor contracts, contract annexes and related documents.
- Update, manage and store employee data.
- Monitoring and implementing records of personnel changes, transfers, appointments, and resignations.
- Monitor and implement employee welfare programs.
- Guide, support and supervise the implementation of recruitment, training and development of human resources (as assigned by HRA Manager)
- Monitoring and inspecting Administration Staff/Executive performing administrative tasks: annual health check-up, travel, health insurance and employee care programs, telephone expenses, name cards.
- Monitor, inspect and urge the registration, insurance and maintenance of the Company’s vehicles.
- Monitor and check the management of the Company’s dispatching schedule and general work schedule.
- Manage, compare and inspect assets and equipment allocated to employees.
- Inspect and compare gift warehouses and other administrative assets.
- Propose to improve the process and improve the efficiency of the operation of the HRA Dept.
- Participate in building a competency framework, career pathway and succession plan.
- Perform human resources and administrative reports as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of solid hands-on experience in human resources and administration department with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience in handling multiple HR functions and administrative operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
