POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sales Executive – Feed Industry is responsible for introducing products and providing technical solutions to customers, developing and executing business plans to achieve sales and profit targets. This position plays a key role in maintaining and expanding the customer network, ensuring pre- and post-sales services, and staying updated on market trends and customer needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Introduce products and provide technical solutions and information to customers.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Maintain and nurture existing customers while developing new accounts.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to build the customer database and product portfolio.
- Provide pre- and post-sales services, ensuring that all requirements and issues are addressed promptly.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on customer status, sales performance, and business activities.
- Research market trends and customer needs to propose timely and suitable solutions.
- Participate in training sessions and seminars with suppliers/manufacturers to enhance product knowledge
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Economics, Commerce or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience.
- Preferably with sales experience in the animal feed industry, or experience in purchasing, laboratory departments of feed manufacturing companies, factories, or farms.
- Languages: Fluent in English. Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
