POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sales Executive – Feed Industry is responsible for introducing products and providing technical solutions to customers, developing and executing business plans to achieve sales and profit targets. This position plays a key role in maintaining and expanding the customer network, ensuring pre- and post-sales services, and staying updated on market trends and customer needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Introduce products and provide technical solutions and information to customers.
  2. Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales and profit goals.
  3. Maintain and nurture existing customers while developing new accounts.
  4. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to build the customer database and product portfolio.
  5. Provide pre- and post-sales services, ensuring that all requirements and issues are addressed promptly.
  6. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on customer status, sales performance, and business activities.
  7. Research market trends and customer needs to propose timely and suitable solutions.
  8. Participate in training sessions and seminars with suppliers/manufacturers to enhance product knowledge

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Economics, Commerce or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience.
  • Preferably with sales experience in the animal feed industry, or experience in purchasing, laboratory departments of feed manufacturing companies, factories, or farms.
  • Languages: Fluent in English. Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
