POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for driving talent development through the design and implementation of Learning & Development programs. Plays a proactive role in proposing talent development solutions to enhance workforce capability and organizational effectiveness.
The role also takes direct responsibility for recruitment activities (approximately 30%), ensuring the quality of talent acquisition and the sustainable development of the workforce
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learning & Development: 70%
- Conduct training needs analysis based on business strategy and operational requirements of departments.
- Design, implement, and manage internal training programs, including onboarding, soft skills, and functional/technical skills training.
- Develop and standardize training materials and internal training frameworks.
- Collaborate with department managers and external training providers to ensure training content is practical and immediately applicable.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using appropriate metrics, monitor employee competency development, and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on learning trends and best practices in talent development.
- Recruitment: 30%
- Take full responsibility and actively participate in recruitment activities based on the Company’s manpower needs and workforce development plans.
- Work closely with departments to define recruitment criteria aligned with job requirements and talent development pathways.
- Conduct initial interviews, competency assessments, and provide hiring recommendations.
- Monitor and support the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate quickly and perform effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Marketing, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of solid hands-on experience in Learning & Development, with additional experience in Recruitment.
- Proven ability to independently design and implement HR programs end-to-end (from planning to execution)
- Languages: Good command of English (written and spoken)
